General terms and conditions for the provision of services by electronic means

Use of the platform's services constitutes full acceptance of the regulations in their current version. Betonred reserves the right to introduce changes to the document's content for valid technical or legal reasons. Users will be informed of significant modifications in advance. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes their acceptance.

Formal requirements for users The platform user can only be a natural person who has full legal capacity and is over 18 years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple profiles by the same person results in immediate blocking of all linked accounts.

Identity verification process During registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date personal data. We reserve the right to request copies of documents confirming the user's identity and age. Refusal to provide the required documents authorizes us to close the account and terminate the agreement.

The user undertakes to use the platform in a manner consistent with the law and social coexistence principles. It is strictly forbidden to:

• Exploiting technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or software oversights.
• Using bots, scripts, and other tools that automate interactions.
• Attempting to hack into systems or distribute malicious software.
• Sharing an account with third parties or using someone else's login credentials.
• Publishing offensive content or content that infringes on the rights of others.

All financial transactions are subject to rigorous security procedures. Users may only make deposits from accounts or cards of which they are the legal owner. The use of funds derived from illegal sources is reported to the relevant authorities in Poland. Any operational fees, if applicable, are communicated before the transaction is finalized.

The user acknowledges that using the services of the Betonred platform involves an inevitable risk of financial loss. We do not provide any guarantees regarding a positive outcome of interactions or the achievement of any financial benefits. The service is provided "as is." Prudence in using the services is the sole responsibility of the user.

All content published on the website, including texts, graphics, logos, and the site's architecture, is the intellectual property of the operator or is used under license. Copying or distributing these elements without written consent is prohibited and constitutes a violation of Polish copyright law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or equipment failures on the user's part. We are not responsible for the consequences of force majeure or for errors resulting from incorrect use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user within the last 30 days before the incident.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of the regulations, suspected fraud, or at the request of authorized state authorities in Poland. The user may terminate the contract at any time by contacting support.

All disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved based on Polish law. The parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution of the conflict. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the common court competent for the operator's registered office.
